Are you having any erorrs with communications on that server? I ask because I have seen when the server cannot communicate to MS to verify licensing you get this error message. I know certain version can't be installed.

You install the Office 365 version of ProPlus and all accessing users have to have a ProPlus license. You would need a regular version of Office 2016 pro installed. Meaning, you will see errors like this because it is not approved for installation that way. I could be wrong here but I *think* technically using Office 365 on a Terminal Server or shared device is not allowed (there may be some versions). Has anyone had this issue before?
